Working Student - Finance & Controlling (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a committed working student (f/m/d) in the area of Finance & Controlling.

As a working student (f/m/d) in Finance & Controlling, you will primarily support our billing processes and accounting. In doing so, you will gain a comprehensive overview of Friendsurance’s business activities and be in ongoing contact with a large number of our teams. In the medium term, there is the opportunity to take on additional areas of responsibility, particularly in the field of controlling.

• You take on the independent management of the monthly commission overview, including checking for completeness and systematic filing.

• You prepare outgoing invoices for Friendsurance’s cooperation partners.

• You support the processing of incoming invoices for additional business areas and take care of reviewing and assigning the invoices.

• You carry out data evaluations and analyses and discuss the conclusions drawn from them with our teams.

• We will involve you in handling ad hoc requests from our management.

• In the long term, you will work independently on your own projects in the Finance and Controlling area.

• You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar field.

• Practical experience in accounting or auditing is a plus.

• You work independently and carefully.

• You have a quick grasp, a good understanding of numbers, and an analytical mindset.

• You are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.

• You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English.
